GIYC Project Update September 2011 All Praise is due to Allah. Alhamdulillah, we are getting really close now to completing the Casula centre. So what are we up to now? Before Ramadan we had our first inspection by the council. This was to gain the occupation certificate. They have asked us to make some minor alterations to the Casula centre to meet their requirements. Good news is that the majority of the alterations are now completed.
